8x10" oil on linen panel. While painting on the lake in June, this group of young people brought out this little boat and piled in. I was able to shoot a few photos. Today was gray and rainy and a perfect day for a reference photo.

Hogsback -
10x8" oil on canvas panel. I waited a long time for the road up the "Hogsback" to open.
Yesterday afternoon, I found it was. It is far to high for me to hike with all of my paint gear. This spot is at the top of the ridge...it's a very long and steep drop to the right of this trail. I really enjoyed the shade and the filtered light.

Catching The Late Light - Daily Painting, Rocky River Reservartion,Late Afternoon, River
8x10 oil on canvas board. This is the same location and was painted following "Late Afternoon on the River". I turned to the right and loved the way the trees were catching the light.
