8x8" oil on canvas panel. I outfitted my bicycle with saddle bags, packed up my painting kit and pedaled off in search of a subject. I chose this spot next to/behind a small ice cream stand. As I began my sketch a young mother sat down and shared a cone with her very happy and excited baby.
